The Great contention is the way of the beast, the predator, might makes right, the strong can get away with anything. Crush the rebel on a cross, make a religion out of it, to negate judgment and promote endless mercy for sinners. Christianity is a rehabilitation program for sinners, of which only 1/4th are saved, the rest get erased from the book of life. Yet spiritual judgment can only effect the land of the dead, of which I am well trained in the secrets of the Aztec Gemini Hero Twins, who contend with the Lords of Death.
"He that slays with the sword must be slain with the sword. This is the faith and patience of the saints." It is Reincarnation and Karma, but the great contention is that one believes in Reincarnation without Karma. They take a gamble and completely disregard what comes after death.
Why do the rich not consider death and judgment? They are like a teenager who inherited a million dollars, and spent it all partying with friends, instead of investing it. They well understand that it would be better to invest, so why do they not invest at all in the afterlife?
A balanced person does not consider, nor see the Great Contention. There are some who gave up material possessions to follow the path of an absolute saint, though Trump would like to force everyone to walk the path of money, "The least here shall be among the greatest in heaven." It is not balanced to give up everything, to eliminate the spirit of fun itself, to obsess with salvation, nor to gamble that there is no judgment at all.
